Step 1: Open Canva

1. Visit www.canva.com and log in (or create an account).

Step 2: Choose a Design Category

Step 5: Download & Use Your Design

1. Click "Share" → "Download."
2. Select PNG (for web) or PDF (for print).
3. Use your design for marketing, branding, or presentations

This option allows others to collaborate and edit your design. Be very cautious who you give this link to.  

• Steps:
1. Open Your Design: Open the design you want to share in Canva.
2. Click "Share": In the top right corner of the Canva editor, click the "Share" button. 
3. Change access: where it says "Anyone with the link" change the access from "view only" to "can edit".
4. Copy the Link: Canva will generate a link. Click "Copy" to copy the link to your clipboard.
5. Share the Link: Paste the link and share it with your collaborators.

Sharing a Template Link: This creates a copy of your design that others can use as a template.

• Steps:
1. Open Your Design: Open the design you want to share as a template.
2. Click "Share": In the top right corner of the Canva editor, click the "Share" button.  
3. Click "Template link": Click on the "Template link" button.
4. Copy the Link: Canva will generate a link. Click "Copy" to copy the link to your clipboard.
5. Share the Link: Paste the link and share it with others. When someone clicks this link, it will create a copy of your design in their Canva account.
