When a client shows interest, you need to send them a proposal — not just messages like “I can do it.”

A proposal makes you look professional. It tells the client:

• What you understand about their request
• What you`ll do
• How long it will take
• What it will cost

• Client’s Name & Project Title
• Short Summary of Their Need
• What You Will Deliver (e.g. 3 Instagram posts, logo, brand kit)
• Timeline (e.g. 2–3 days delivery)
• Price
• Your Contact Info

To prepare a proposal in Canva:

1. Go to Canva and search “Proposal Template”
2. Choose one and customize it with:
• Your name
• Sample design offer
• Add your contact info and social handles
3. Save it as a PDF — now you’re ready to pitch anytime.
