This is a recipe for a delicious homemade pancake that l have taken my time to learn and trust me is worth trying, sometimes it can serve as breakfast just in case you are in a hurry to make something nice for your family before the children leave for school or your husband leaves for work. You can`t take much time to prepare it.

11/2 cups all-purpose flour
31/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
11/4 cups milk
3 tablespoon butter, melted or vegetable oil.

First of all in a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour on the milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
You then get a frying pan and heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat, pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cups for each pancake. Brown on both sides.
