Every b.p needs to have a designed or written  plan. The beginning of a good business is from your business plan. It can provide attract investors or provide directions to success, a business plan is vital for the success of your business or organization.

  • A detailed description of products and services
  • Estimation of risk based on analysis of the industry
  • Size of business

  • Investment needed to start and maintain the business

Furthermore, a large business must contain the following in her business plan:

  • Company Description (describes what you do).
  • Executive Summary (snapshot of your business)
  • Market Analysis (research on your organization, investors, market, and competitors)
  • Product and Services (products or services you`re offering)
  • Sales and Marketing (how you`ll market your Product and Services and your sales strategy)
  • Funding Request (how much money you`ll need for the next 2 to 7 years)
  • Organization and Management (business and management structure)
  • Financial projections (provide information like a monthly report or balance sheets)
  • Appendix (this includes sums and permits, it`s an optional section)
